At the Silverthorne Pavilion, you are welcome to contract with any caterer of your choice for food – or bring in homemade dishes and platters. You may also provide your own non-alcoholic beverages, including water, sodas and juice.
The Pavilion's kitchen is a warming kitchen. A walk-in cooler is available for guests to use, along with a commercial dishwasher and two warming ovens. (The ovens reach a maximum temperature of 350 degrees.) Clients that need to prepare food on-site will need to furnish their own burners, as we do not have a stove.
The Pavilion holds the liquor license and handles all liquor concessions in-house. Per Colorado state liquor laws, all alcohol must be purchased through and served by The Silverthorne Pavilion. To arrange for your liquor services contact Rob DeVerna, Pavilion Events & Sales Manager.
Alcohol prices are set by Silverthorne's Town Council, and we are diligent about keeping our prices below the area average. We encourage our guests to establish a budget they’re comfortable spending on alcohol, and then work with Rob to build alcohol service around your budget.
