Job Opportunities - Benefits BENEFITS FOR PART-TIME EMPLOYEES Some of the benefits offered to part-time employees by the Town of Silverthorne include: Recreation Center Pass Part-time employees are eligible for a free pass to the Recreation Center, renewable every six months depending on active employment. Health/Prescription Drug Insurance Not eligible. Holidays Part-time employees will receive pay for the following holidays if they meet eligibility requirements:¨ Memorial Day 4th of July Labor Day Thanksgiving Christmas Any part-time employee required to work one of the above holidays will be eligible for holiday overtime: paid time and a half for hours worked.Employees are eligible for 8 hrs of holiday pay if they: Started work 1 month prior to holiday, AND Average work week is 24 hours per week, AND Work regular schedule during holiday week. Performance Appraisals Newly hired part-time employees may be eligible for up to a 3.5% increase after 6 months. Employees receive annual performance reviews on their anniversary date.
