Facility - Amenities
Lobby and Font Desk
The entrance of the recreation facility includes a view of the entire aquatics area, public restrooms, vending area, tables and seating area with large screen television. Stop by the front desk for information or registrations as well as before entering the facility.
Community Room
This 1488 square foot area is designed with a movable partition that will split the room into two. This room is designed to hold 110 guests theater style and 88 banquet style and is ideal for small meetings, conferences or social gatherings. Each room has a separate entrance off the main lobby. A small kitchen, approximately 140 square feet, is located off this room. A small patio is located off the West end of this room. Audiovisual equipment is also available for rental.

Activity Room
Activity Room is a carpeted area of 280 square feet. This area can be rented for meeting or classroom space. Room includes sink and cupboards. Single wall of windows face the East side.

Tiny Tot Room
This area of 1225 square feet includes an office, massage room and large play area with exterior doors leading to a secured outdoor play area. The indoor playroom is part carpeted and part tile for wet and dry activities. Included in this space is a child sized restroom, storage, coat rack, and tables and chairs.
Birthday Parties
Track
Our track is approximately 1/11 mile with soft synthetic surface for walking or running. From the track one views the cardiovascular weight room, the gymnasium and the racquetball courts. There are exterior views from 3 sides of the track including views of the field, skate board park and mountains.
Cardio Area
This 1716 square foot area features cardiovascular equipment such as treadmills, stairmasters, elliptical trainers, rowing machines, SCIFit 1000 upper body ergometer, upright and recumbent bicycles. In addition, this space contains total body weight machines and gravitron machine. This open space has a view of Red and Buffalo Mountains.
Mens/Womens and Family Locker Rooms
Locker rooms are located off the pool area. Each room is equipped with 8 showerheads at varying heights, toilets, sinks, hair and hand blow dryers, and lockers. Lockers are self-lock so that guests may secure their own belongings. All locks must be removed by the end of the day.
Long Term Lockers located next to the free weight area are also available.
Free Weight Room
This 1166 square foot area is entirely designated to free weight lifting. There are mirrors, fans, benched and weights only in this room. Guests must be 18 or older to use this area.
Aerobics/Dance Room
This 2112 square foot area features a maple wood floor, installed on a sub floor cushioning system. It is equipped with mirrors, sound system and dance bars.
Gymnasium
This 8106 square foot gym has a maple wood floor, installed on a sub floor cushioning system, 6 glass backboards, 4 of which adjust to 8 foot baskets, a divider curtain, volleyball anchors for 2 courts, anchors for uneven bars and space provided for limited bleacher seating (on tip and roll bleachers). The running track is cantilevered around the gym and lighting is provided by skylights and direct halogen lights.

Racquetball
Two racquetball courts, one with a glass backboard and one enclosed are provided. There is viewing form above and there is a large lobby adjacent to the glass enclosed court. This lobby is used for spinning classes. Both courts use a panel system, have hardwood floors and can convert to wallyball courts.

Aquatics Area
Main Pool - 3115 square feet. This 4-lane lap pool has additional space with a handicap ramp and teaching area totaling 646 square feet. The lap lane area ranges in depth from 3 to 4feet. The ramp and teaching area is O depth to 3 feet deep. Chlorine and C02 are the chemicals used for disinfecting and water balance. Temperature is kept at 82-83 degrees fahrenheit.
Deep Pool - 782 square feet. This 10 foot deep pool with underwater platform at the 3-foot level makes an ideal teaching area for scuba classes. A drop slide has been added to this area. It uses chlorine and C02 for chemical treatment.
Play Pool - 1398 square feet. An irregular shaped pool with child's whale slide and whirlpool.
Depths ranging from 6inches to 2 feet make this an excellent teaching pool and a fun place for the younger swimmer or non-swimmer. Treatment chemicals include chlorine and C02. Temperature to range from 90-92 degrees Fahrenheit.
Slide Pool - 330 square feet. This separate splash down pool is kept at 90-92 degrees. It catches the riders of the 140-foot waterslide. At 3 feet deep, it's treated chemically with chlorine and C02.
Spa - 236 square feet. This boomerang shaped hot tub with a view uses bromine and C02 for chemical treatment. Kept at 104 degrees, it can accommodate 20 people.
The deck is equipped with 3 anchors for a handicap lift. Double doors provide access to a patio and an outdoor hot tub.
