Indoor CyclingThis class is ideal for all fitness levels, you control your resistance to increase or decrease intensity. You must pick up a “Cycling” card from the front desk ˝ hour prior to class.


Endurance: 65%-75% MHR
Strength: 75%-85% MHR
Intervals: 85%-100% MHR
Race Day: 85%-92% MHR MHR=Maximum Heart Rate
