Aquatics - American Red Cross Classes

Community CPR, First Aid and AED
This American Red Cross course covers CPR for adults, infants, and children and also includes identification and care for life threatening bleeding, sudden illness, and injuries. The book for the class is required. Call the Aquatics office if you're interested in a CPR for the Professional Rescuer class.

Babysitter Training
This class offered by the American Red Cross is for persons 11-15 years of age and covers topics such as leadership, safety, safe play, basic care, first aid, rescue breathing, and professionalism. Each student must bring a doll and age appropriate toy. Book fee is included.

Our Baby Sitter Training class starts on June  10, 2008 Time: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Community Room

Baby Sitter Training on August 21, 2008 Time: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Community Room

CPR, First Aid and AED Challenge
Practicing on the mannequins, successfully passing the practical, and written exam, you will be re-certified.  Anyone can take the challenge course. If you do not pass the challenge then you will be required to take the full course. Lifeguards and CPR/PR challenges are also available.
