Please choose from the following massage options, Swedish Massage: is very popular and uses long, fluid strokes towards the heart. This technique promotes total relaxation for the whole mind/body experience.
Deep Tissue/Neuromuscular Massage: is mainly for individuals who have a particular area or problem that needs specific attention. It works the belly of the muscle and provides long lasting results.
Sports Massage: this fast, vigorous massage helps the recovery, stamina and toxin release in the muscle from strenuous activities. A great technique for the skier or athlete.
Aromatherapy: individualize your massage even more with essential oils blended to fit your specific needs. Essential oils activate different brain recept ors and can be anti-depressive, calming, stimulating or help provide clarity.
