SKATEBOARD PARK RENTAL SECURITY GUIDELINES
  1. General Guidelines

    1. User is required to provide security for events at the Silverthorne Skateboard Park, as identified on the Skateboard Park Rental Agreement.
    2. Until the security personnel arrive, the event will not be allowed to begin.
    3. Security is required to arrive fifteen (15) minutes prior to the beginning of the event. Based on the number of people and the type of the event, 1-2 officers are required to remain until the facility has been completely vacated.
    4. Expectations of security personnel is as follows:
      1. Monitor event to ensure that no under-age alcohol consumption or illegal drug use is occurring.
      2. Monitor for fighting or other inappropriate behavior.
      3. Monitor event to ensure that only "expected / invited" persons are admitted to the event.
      4. Monitor the number of persons admitted relative to agreed-upon expectations.
      5. Monitor rental space and all associated public areas.
      6. Monitor event attendees to ensure that they remain in appropriate areas and not in "off-limits" areas of or around the facility.
      7. Monitor parking lot area hourly.
      8. Other appropriate duties related to security and event monitoring as requested by "person-in-charge" of event and / or Recreation Coordinator.
    5. Any event exceeding 150 people will require two Recreation Coordinators to be on duty. Staffing times may be staggered based on time event starts / ends and if alcohol is served.
