2009 GOALS
Winter
1. Art in Public Places, establish sites COMPLETE
2. Fisherman access – work to educate public regarding existing access points (create map or list of access points) and identify additional fishing sites as outlined in the Parks, Trails, and Open Space Master Plan.
3. Blue River Trail – continue to be involved and comment about project.
4. Review Parks, Trails, and Open Space master Plan during meetings. COMPLETE
5. Mini-Project: Signs for Angler Mtn. Ranch – create appropriate signage, order signs and materials, install signs - COMPLETE

Spring
1. Update Rainbow Park Master Plan. ON HOLD UNTIL 2010
2. Visit open space as potential spaces for pocket parks. COMPLETE
3. Adopt-A-Trail – recruit sponsors for BRT Segments 3 & 4 and Angler Mtn. Ranch. COMPLETE
4. Fish stocking – research if additional stocking is necessary in addition to current program (currently, the Town stocks Trent and the DOW stocks the Blue River). COMPLETE
5. Mini-Project for Clean Up Day: North lawn of Pavilion – clean up dead fall and trash along river - COMPLETE
6. Mini-Project for Clean Up Day: Brush and trash clean up near bike path by Red Village - COMPLETE

Summer
1. Angler Mtn. Ranch connection to Ptarmigan Trail – continue to comment about project and offer resources if needed.
2. Mini-Project: Boot’s Park – cleanup site, consider improved access to area, install a table, and/or add signage TABLED FOR FUTURE CONSIDERATION

Fall
1. Assist with selection of new playground equipment for Rainbow Park. ON HOLD UNTIL 2010
2. Mini-Project for Make a Difference Day: Willow Grove Open Space trail around lake and new trail head – cleanup site and trail within guidelines of Conservation Easement, consider removal of fire pit and white landscaping rocks COMPLETE

2007-2012 GOALS (Parks, Trails and Open Space Master Plan)
1. Blue River Trail; Build the 5 segments of the Blue River Trail
2. Rainbow Park; Update Master Plan and Complete park amenities
3. South Maryland Creek Ranch Park Area, Accept park and build park area vertical amenities
