Fitness - Yoga
A great way to end the week. This hour long class will help you gain flexibility while experiencing deep relaxation.This class is available for all levels. Yoga can help increase flexibility & strength. It is also very relaxing and can be a stress reducer. You must pick up a “Yoga” card from the front desk no sooner than a ˝ hour prior to class.
