Summer Shows

See a production at Theatre SilCo as they celebrate 30 years of performing arts in Summit County. From a classic production to a fun musical, these shows are sure to delight.

June 20–July 13: Steel Magnolias

• A tribute to resilience, friendship, and the strength of women, this production’s cast all have connections to Colorado. Enjoy a tale of witty banter and wisecracks while navigating life’s tragedies and triumphs.

July 11–Aug. 3: What the Constitution Means to Me

• Nominated for two Tony Awards and a Pulitzer Prize, this play explores our Constitution and uncovers how it will shape the next generation of Americans by looking at the relationship between four generations of women.

Aug. 8–31: Escape to Margaritaville

• This energetic new musical is part tropical vacation and part love story, with fan-favorite Jimmy Buffett songs leading the way.

Fourth of July Festivities

Looking for a fun way to kick off a holiday weekend? Silverthorne’s annual Fourth of July celebration will last all day this year, with a patriotic concert in the morning and First Friday concert in the evening.

July 4: National Repertory Orchestra Fourth of July Concert

• Head to Rainbow Park from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. for a Fourth of July Celebration. Enjoy patriotic songs from the National Repertory Orchestra, activities and more during this free community celebration.

July 4: First Friday Concert with Robert Randolph

• Head to Rainbow Park from 6-9 p.m. and enjoy live music from Robert Randolph and the Horizon Line Band. This summer celebration will also include free kids' activities like face painting, inflatables, food and drinks for purchase, and more.

Monthly Festivities

June 22, July 20 & Aug. 17: Sunday Maker’s Markets

• From 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. experience pop-up artists, makers and musicians. On June 22 and July 20 you can stroll along the Blue River Trail and on Aug. 17 you’ll see vendors at the Art Spot Silverthorne Makerspace and 4th Street Crossing.

June 30 & July 28: National Repertory Orchestra Concerts

• Don’t miss two opportunities to see the National Repertory Orchestra in concert. From 5:30-6:30 p.m. head to the Silverthorne Performing Arts Center lawn to enjoy the musical show.

Aug. 1: First Friday - Block Party

• From 4:30–8:30 p.m. at Fourth Street Crossing you can attend this free event for all. Listen to local bands and musicians, check out wares from more than 40 local artists, explore the Art Spot Silverthorne Makerspace, participate in artful activities and enjoy food and beverages from Bluebird Market.

Sept. 5: First Friday Concert

• Enjoy a free concert at Rainbow Park from 5:30-8:30 p.m. The live music, kids activities, food and fun are the perfect way to celebrate the end of summer.
