The Business Grant Program provides site enhancement grants and economic development grants to businesses via a competitive application review process.
- Business grant applications open annually in January for a six week application window
- Grants are awarded in amounts up to $10,000
- Applications in excess of $10,000 may be considered for projects that provide exceptional benefit
- $40,000 is allocated for 2026 grants
- Applicants will be notified of grant determinations in early May
- Grant requests that include matching funds from a business will generally be given preference in the review process
- Projects which provide a business-specific benefit that would not benefit the community beyond the life of the business (business signage or industry specific equipment) may receive grant funds in installments over a period up to four years
The Town will review grant applications and provide funding recommendations to the Silverthorne Town Council for final determination.
