In October of 2008, Silverthorne adopted a new Comprehensive plan that includes a new vision for the Town’s Gateway, Core, Riverfront, and other commercial areas. The new vision includes a downtown pedestrian oriented style encouraging increased building heights, reduced parking requirements, and on street parking. With numerous properties in the commercial areas of Silverthorne poised for redevelopment, the Comprehensive Plan provides a new path for exceptional development opportunities that will shape the ultimate look and feel of Silverthorne.

Streamlined Development Review Process – We understand time is money:
Silverthorne’s recently streamlined development review process enables projects to move swiftly from concept to construction.
