At the Silverthorne Pavilion, you are welcome to contract with any caterer of your choice for food – or bring in homemade dishes and platters. You may also provide your own non-alcoholic beverages, including water, sodas and juice. For a list of frequently asked questions, click here.
The Pavilion holds the liquor license and handles all liquor concessions in-house. Per Colorado state liquor laws, all alcohol must be purchased through and served by The Silverthorne Pavilion. Alcohol prices are set by Silverthorne's Town Council, and we are diligent about keeping our prices below the area average. We encourage our guests to establish a budget they are comfortable spending on alcohol, and then work with staff to build alcohol service around your budget.
Owned and operated by the Town, we’re able to keep our site fees reasonable and affordable, giving brides the opportunity to host their dream mountain wedding without an exorbitant price. Amenities like the kitchen, fireplace, A/V equipment and tech support are extras, and we recommend calling us for details.
