The Pavilion is a flexible venue, designed with many ways to transform spaces to accommodate groups as small as 10 and as large as 400:
With 8,600 square feet, a permanent stage and a mezzanine surrounding it, the Main Hall comfortably seats 172 with room for a dance floor and buffet. With creative seating – using cabaret tables in the perimeter and corners where another 5-foot round won’t fit, for example – that number can climb to 200. For parties needing to seat more than 200, we recommend using 4-foot rounds on the mezzanine in addition to the ground level.
The Main Hall features timber-and-iron construction and 22 skylights. With the simple turn of a key, the skylights can close to transform a naturally lit room to intimate candle light in a matter of minutes – regardless of the time of day.
A giant, remote-operated screen accommodates PowerPoint presentations for business meetings, as well as slide shows of the bride and groom.
Perhaps the best element of the lobby is the doors. Two panels of glass doors accordion open, giving your guests a seamless way to enjoy the patio and the outdoors. This feature is particularly alluring to events that occur during inclement weather – guests can still enjoy the outdoors while staying warm and dry.
The lobby mezzanine is ideal for smaller wedding parties (up to 80 guests), and business brunches.
An elevator ensures all of your guests can be transported to the mezzanine level with comfort and ease.
Adjacent to the lobby and with a private outdoor entrance, the Breakout Room comfortably seats 50, and has room-darkening shades that make it perfect for smaller meetings using PowerPoint presentations. It is perhaps the most chameleon-like of all the rooms, as it has been used as a bridal suite, a children’s play room, coat check and for silent auctions.
When you choose to host your event at the Pavilion, we work to build a floor plan around your unique needs and special requests.
