Certificates of Occupancy & Completion Issuance

• Contractor must email a scanned PDF of the field inspection card, supplier verification form, and outside agency final inspection approvals. 
• Community Development Staff will email and upload a digital copy of the Certificate to the Notes section of the Permitting Portal.

Guaranty of Landscaping

In the months of November through April, prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy, the applicant shall provide security for not less than one hundred fifty percent (150%) of the then-current written estimated cost of the landscaping improvements (including materials and labor) approved by the Community Development Department. The written estimate shall be obtained from an independent landscaping contractor, and the security shall be in a form acceptable to the Town.

• Completed Escrow or Letter of Credit Worksheet
• Written cost estimate of incomplete exterior improvements (e.g.: driveway, paint, landscape, and concrete/stonework).
• 150% security - check or Letter of Credit.
