Current Planning

  1. 362 N Chipmunk Circle Single Apartment – An application to permit a single apartment in a single-family residence. This application is under review.
  2. Former Silver Inn Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for an Accessory Apartment – 675 Blue River Parkway – An application to bring an existing accessory multi-family unit into compliance with the Town Code for use as a short-term accommodation for Town Staff.
  3. Summit View – 475 Rainbow Drive – An application for a Preliminary Site Plan to construct 21 residential condominium units, underground parking, landscaping, and pedestrian pathways. The application is under review.
  4. Summit View – 475 Rainbow Drive – An application to rezone the property from Riverfront Zoning to PUD. The application is under review.
  5. Wagner Rents Site Plan Modification – 200 Buffalo Mountain Drive – An application to make minor modifications to the site, particularly fencing and a new fuel tank, to facilitate Wagner Rents’ use of the site. The application is under review.

Approved By Town Council (construction hasn’t started yet)

  1. Tree Line Rowhomes (Formerly Blue West Rowhomes) – 264 Adams Avenue – A proposal to construct a mixed-use development consisting of commercial space and 16 residential units within two buildings. Building permit applications for both buildings and the dumpster enclosure are currently under review.

In Construction

  1. Après Shores – 740 Blue River Parkway – A new multi-family residential development consisting of five three-story residential buildings containing 74 condominium units. Building permits have been issued for all five residential buildings. Four buildings have received a Certificate of Occupancy, and the fifth building is under construction. Building permits for three carports have also been issued, two of which have received Certificates of Occupancy.
  2. Après Shores Phase II (formerly North Shores)– 740 Blue River Parkway – A new multi-family residential development consisting of three three-story buildings containing 49 condominium units. A building permit for one of the residential buildings has been issued, and another building permit for a trash enclosure is under review.
  3. Arrowleaf Townhomes – 1301 Adams Avenue – A new residential development consisting of 42 residential townhome units. Building permits have been issued for all 7 buildings and the trash enclosure. Certificates of Occupancy have been issued for three buildings and the trash enclosure. The remaining buildings are under construction.
  4. Backcountry Family Dental – 840 Blue River Parkway – A new two-story, mixed-use building consisting of dental office, a professional office space, 3 apartment units, 4 storage lockers, and an attached garage. A Certificate of Occupancy has been issued and construction is complete.
  5. Chase Bank – 165 Stephens Way – Proposal to demolish an existing commercial building and construct a bank with a drive-thru ATM. Construction of the new retaining wall has been completed, and a Certificate of Completion has been issued. Building permits for two signs and the new bank building have been issued.
  6. Element Hotel – 187 Meraly Way - A new 147-room hotel. A building permit has been issued.
  7. Fourth Street North – 435, 461, and 465 Blue River Parkway; 440, 470, and 530 Adams Avenue; and 21 and 47 W 5th Street - A new development consisting of four mixed-use buildings, a small commercial building, a hotel, a parking structure, and a residential workforce housing building. Building permits have been issued for all eight buildings. A Certificate of Occupancy has been issued for the parking structure.
  8. Silverthorne Recreation Center – 430 Rainbow Drive –The application to construct an addition on to the existing Recreation Center was approved on February 26, 2025. A building permit has been issued, and the project is currently under construction.
  9. Summit Plaza Dumpster Enclosure – 240 Summit Place – This is a new dumpster enclosure for Summit Plaza, which is required with the Element Hotel project above. However, the dumpster is a separate construction project. A building permit has been issued.
