Bill Payments

Water/Sewer Bills: Beginning in January 2026, the Town of Silverthorne will transition from quarterly to monthly utility billing. Changing the utility billing frequency from quarterly to monthly will enable the Town to enhance customer service, promote water conservation, and provide greater convenience and monthly budgeting for residents and businesses. Invoices/Accounts Receivable: To ensure credit for your payment, please use your customer number only in the account field.

Fine/Court Payments: To ensure proper credit for your payment, you must provide your Citation Number, which is printed sideways on your blue copy of the ticket, and your last name. Select the State (Colorado) and Jurisdiction (Dillon Municipal or Silverthorne Municipal), whichever is located at the top of your ticket. If you have misplaced your copy, you can input your driver’s license number to pull up your information.

Short-term Rental License Renewal: Must be finalized in its entirety, including payment, before submitting your application. If you have questions, please call 970-262-7316. This application will be available Fall 2025. 

Water Meter: Please use this payment form if the Water Department has provided you with the amount due. If you have questions, please call 970-262-7342.

Miscellaneous Payments: Only choose this option if none of the above options are applicable or you may not receive credit for the payment.
