Room rental rates listed below are for regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Non-Profit Groups - 501c3

• Schmit Room (35 seats): $25/hour or $170/day for Silverthorne residents. $40/hour or $270/day for non-Silverthorne residents. 
• Council Chambers Room (85 seats): $40/hour or $270/day for Silverthorne residents. $60/hour or $405/day for non-Silverthorne residents. 
• Both Council Chambers and the Schmidt Room (120 seats): $60/hour or $405/day for Silverthorne residents. $90/hour or $610/day for non-Silverthorne residents. 

Other Business Groups - HOA's, Government Agencies, Other

• Schmit Room (35 seats): $40/hour or $270/day for Silverthorne residents. $60/hour or $405/day for non-Silverthorne residents. 
• Council Chambers Room (85 seats): $60/hour or $405/day for Silverthorne residents. $90/hour or $610/day for non-Silverthorne residents. 
• Both Council Chambers and the Schmidt Room (120 seats): $90/hour or $610/day for Silverthorne residents. $135/hour or $915/day for non-Silverthorne residents.

Deposit

• $50

• All fees must be paid in full at the time of booking.  A full refund of rental fees and deposit will be given if the reservation is cancelled one week or more prior to date reserved.
• If a rental is cancelled less than one week prior to the scheduled date an administrative fee of 20% will be assessed. The deposit will be returned.
• Damage deposits will be refunded or destroyed within 14 days.
• All rentals must start no earlier than 8:00 a.m. and must end no later than 5:00 p.m.
• The Council Chambers and the Schmidt Room are not available to rent on Wednesdays when Town Council is meeting or Municipal Court is being held. Town Council and Municipal Court dates may be viewed on the calendar. 
• The Town Hall is a non-smoking facility.
• To assure that no one rental group can monopolize the use of Town Hall, room rentals will be limited to no more than three consecutive days, and not more than six total days per year.
• If multiple requests are made for the same day of use, prioritization of Town uses will be first, followed by non-profit uses, followed by private business uses.
• Users shall not post or exhibit or allow to be exhibited on any part of the premises any signs, advertisements, show bills, lithographs, posters, or cards of any description except in designated areas, and then only with the prior permission of the Town Manager or their designee.
• During the time the facility is rented, the renter shall obey all laws of the State of Colorado and ordinances of the Town of Silverthorne. The Silverthorne Police Department will be called if guests become disorderly or are unable to comply with the rules.
• Rental area must be cleaned and vacated within 30 minutes of rental conclusion time. Failure to do so will result in partial or full loss of deposit. Please complete cleaning checklist before you leave the area.
• The renter agrees to reimburse the Town of Silverthorne for the cost of damage and/or replacement of Town property and facilities for which the renter is responsible. Renter is also responsible for the extended costs which may include: exceeding the rental time period, exceeding the maximum number of guests, and excessive clean up required by Town Personnel.
• No performance, exhibition, or entertainment shall be given or held on the Premises by User which violates the “community standards” definition of decency. Should any such exhibition or performance or any part thereof be deemed by the Town to violate such standard, the Town may require that such portions of the exhibition or performance be deleted or rewritten to the extent necessary to remove the offensive character.
• The Town reserves the right to remove or cause to be removed from the Premises any objectionable person or persons; and neither the Town nor any of its officers, agents, or employees shall be held liable to User for any damages that may be sustained by User through the exercise by the Town of such right.
• The Town Reserves the right to not rent a second time to any party violating this agreement.
