The Town of Silverthorne provides inspections of all new construction and manages all new Town projects to ensure they meet Town standards.

The Town Engineer also acts as the floodplain administrator related to the Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA) National Flood Insurance Program and ensures compliance with Federal, State and local floodplain regulations.
