Below is a list of Planning Department applications and fees.  Development project submittals are required to be accompanied by a Project Review Application, a Pass-Through Account Application, and a Pass-Through Account Agreement.  As development projects move through the review process, Planning Department staff maintains a balance for each Pass-Through account that is created, and deduct fees from that account depending on the time spent reviewing each proposal.
