The Recreation and Culture Department has a number of exciting classes and programs to offer the entire family. Kids can learn to swim, try their hand at tumbling or gymnastics, or check out the After School Adventures program that includes activities like sledding, outdoor play, group games, hiking, science experiments and more while learning about wildlife, geology, forestry, and basic survival skills. Adult programs include volleyball leagues, dance classes, XTrain, aerial yoga and yoga workshops to name just a few.
The Silverthorne Recreation Center has three registration days per year that open the programs and classes to allow the public to begin registration. Registration continues on a first come, first served basis leading up to the program start dates. Be sure to register early to secure your spot! Registration Day for Fall Activities begins on Monday, August 5, 2019.
