Registration must be completed at least one week before leagues start or a $50 late fee will be applied to your team fee. Payment required at time of registration. Cancellations inside of one week are subject to $50 admin fee. Cancellations after league start will not receive a refund.
Power League is Monday and the Recreational League is Wednesday. See below to help you differentiate between the leagues and keep similar levels of players together.
Only 1 power player per team is permitted in the recreational league. This player may be male or female, but only one is permitted per team. Not one of each.
A power volleyball player is defined as a participant who meets any one of the below criteria:
- Collegiate athlete - volleyball (current or past)
- A player who has recently played in or is currently participating in the Silverthorne Recreation Center Power Leagues (Mondays)
- A past winner of the Wednesday League (This may or may not be put into place depending on the season. If a team or teams are dominating the league and are at a level that could compete on Monday, they may be moved up.)
High level players who may or may not meet the above criteria may be told they cannot play in the Wednesday Recreational League. High level players are encouraged to play on Mondays in the Power League. High level players may also be told they cannot hit or serve aggressively in this league.
