Personal training is a great way to get started, keep going or move forward with your exercise regimen. We have qualified staff to help you succeed with your fitness goals whatever they may be. We offer single sessions, semi privates and group training. All of our Personal trainers are certified through a nationally recognized organization and have years of experience, leaving you in great hands.

Meet Our Personal Trainers

Lisa Watkins started teaching group fitness classes at the Silverthorne Recreation Center in 1999. She has obtained numerous fitness certifications over the years, including AFAA ( Aerobic and Fitness Association of America) Group Exercise and AFAA Personal Training. She is cycling certified through Mad Dogg Athletics and Stages Cycling. Lisa has a passion for fitness and loves to encourage others to achieve their goals and lead healthy lifestyles. She ran her first marathon in October 2016. In addition to running, she enjoys skinning, snowboarding, mountain and road biking and rock climbing.

Body Composition Testing

Water Personal Training

There are many reasons people choose water personal training. The water provides no-impact to the joints, making it a great fit for those recovering from an injury or joint replacement. It is also used for those looking for something new with their workout, as being in the water works opposing muscles at the same time, creates great resistance and can enhance your regular exercise regimen.

Fitness By Appointment

Gather a group of friends and request your own fitness class. Yoga, cycling, muscle madness, water fitness, etc. Request your instructor or let us suggest one for you. Great for prenatal women, bridal parties, reunions, or those who are unable to attend our drop in classes. For best availability, requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
