Drop-in Fitness

Daily drop-in fitness classes are free for pass-holders or included in daily admission. Fitness classes include cardio or strength based, yoga, pilates, water fitness, indoor cycling and more.  Click the documents below for the schedule and descriptions of classes offered this month.

The aquatics area hosts many different pools and amenities for people of all ages and interests. You may want to bring your family in for a fun day of play or you may just need a soak in the hot tub after a long day on the slopes. The aquatics area is proud to be staffed with certified American Red Cross lifeguards and instructors, so we know you will have a safe and entertaining time with us.
